Founder
Charles Snyder
Charles is a lifelong hospitality fanatic and travel aficionado. He began his hospitality adventure as a server and bartender and later launched his career with research firm STR. Charles then served with multiple renowned hotel owner/operators and industry leading franchisor Marriott International. He has dedicated 20+ years to hospitality and has worked on hotel projects totaling 5,000 rooms as an investor/developer, operator, or franchisor.
Charles completed his undergraduate studies at The Pennsylvania State University and earned an MBA (Finance) from the New York University Stern School of Business. He dedicates his free time to his family and travel. He has visited 47 states and 25+ countries.

Jason Millhouse
Jason Millhouse is a hospitality design and development leader with more than 25 years of experience shaping luxury and lifestyle hotels for some of the industry’s most recognized brands, including Marriott, Ritz-Carlton, IHG, and InterContinental. His expertise spans architecture, interiors, brand positioning, and experiential hotel design. Jason also served previously as Managing Director of the Washington, DC office of ZDS Architecture & Design.
Jason earned degrees in Architecture and Design from Rice University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from MIT. Jason is passionate about wellness, creativity, and design that connects authentically with people and place.
Co-Founder
Lou Zameryka
Lou Zameryka is global travel industry veteran. He spent 17 years building global commercial strategies, partnerships and teams at Booking.com. He has also served on the national board of the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association. Lou is an active real estate investor in the multi-family and short-term rental space
In addition to his role with Ventures Hospitality, Lou has a passion for wellness and human potential. He is a certified Health Mindset Coach and an accomplished competitive amateur long-distance runner. He enjoys the process of creating and refining ideas as well as supporting people from the early stages to achieving their fullest potential.
